As Head of Solution Architecture at AWS, Dhara champions digital transformation as a force for good — applying it to solve not just business challenges, but also environmental, social, and governance problems. She leads with purpose, recognizing markets with the greatest needs and innovating solutions that create meaningful, lasting impact. Beyond her role at AWS, Dhara serves as a Board of Director for High Tech Rising, Silicon Valley, where she leads K–12 and beyond programs designed to inspire the next generation — girls and boys alike — to pursue careers in STEM. Dhara is also deeply passionate about empowering women in technology and business, helping them leverage AI tools to build executive presence, amplify their personal brand, and step boldly into leadership.
